13th Annual Croquet Classic - on the grounds of the Crosswicks Community House. This is a community event (not just for Crosswicks residents). Saturday, July 13th - Event starts at 1:00 The music line-up is as follows... Mick Chorba John Burwasser Pretty Goats Emma Cudahy The Zach Band Old Town Pub food truck will be here as well for food/drink purchases. To sign-up to play croquet, please visit our website at http://www.crosswickscommunityhouse.org (ticket prices are $20 for the first ticket and $15 for each additional ticket). All proceeds, from the cost to play croquet, will go to the Crosswicks Community House, and will help support the many free events they put on throughout the year (Halloween parade, Tree lighting, movie nights, splash day, etc.). You do not have to know how to play croquet to sigh-up...there are many that are trying it for the first time. Put your fears to the side and give it a shot! Our trusted "Wicket Master" will be on the fields answering any questions you may have. We also have kid matches so sign those kiddos up! Please note, although a lot of fun to play, you are not required to play croquet. You are welcome to come sit on the lawn (there are many shaded areas), visit with your local neighbors, make new friends, listen to the "free" amazing music from local talent, and visit the food truck. Additional Details:
• 50/50 Tickets will be available throughout the day. Winner will be announced at the end of the evening (winner does not need to be present).
• Local bands will be featured all afternoon and early evening. Come see favorite acts and local talent. Enjoy delicious food and festivities!
• With a Wicketmaster getting things started at one, there will be three games with six total competitors. The winners of each game will move on into playoff rounds and other competitors can buy into additional games.
