Rental Pricing (2017 Rates ) Full day access on Saturdays and 1st Sundays of the month
Full day Whole Building - $385 per day (access to both upstairs,downstairs & kitchen)
Full day Downstairs - $235 per day (access to downstairs including kitchen)
Most Sundays: generally access begins at 1 pm.
The rate is $285 for upstairs and $165 for the lower level
Included: Tables - 10 round fold-up tables (60” Diameter) , 6 Rectangular fold-up resin tables
Chairs - 50 metal frame chairs (stackable) in the main room downstairs / 100 metal holdup chairs (padded) available;stored upstairs.
Also: Refrigerator, Freezer, Microwave, 12 & 40 cup coffee makers, Vacuum cleaners, paper towels, cleaning supplies etc.....
